These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of expandafy.com and any forms, booking pages, previews and communications provided by Expandafy ("Expandafy," "we," "us" or "our"). By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Our services
Expandafy provides marketing, website, advertising, social media, automation and software services to businesses. Descriptions on this website are general information, not a binding offer.
Client work is governed by a signed agreement. If you become a client, the specific services, fees, term and obligations are set out in your Marketing Services Agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
3. Free previews & strategy calls
- No obligation. Requesting a free website preview or booking a strategy call doesn't commit you to buy anything.
- Previews are samples. A preview is a demonstration built from our own designs, templates and stock or sample imagery. It's provided for evaluation only and may not be copied, published or used as a live website unless you purchase services from us.
- Your materials. If you send us your logo, photos or business details for a preview, you confirm you have the right to share them, and we'll use them only to prepare your preview or proposal.
4. Pricing, payments & ad spend
- Prices shown on this website, such as starting prices, are subject to change and are confirmed only in a signed agreement or invoice.
- Setup fees and deposits are due upfront and are non-refundable as described in your agreement.
- Advertising spend is never included in our fees. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta, Google or other platforms using your own payment method.
5. No guaranteed results
We work hard to grow your business, but marketing results depend on factors outside our control — your market, competition, offer, pricing, follow-up and platform changes. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, sales, revenue, rankings or advertising results. Examples of past work on this site show what we've built, not a promise of future outcomes.
6. Text messages (SMS)
By providing your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you agree to receive text messages from Expandafy about your inquiry, appointments and services.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Intellectual property
- The content of this website — text, design, graphics, logos and code — belongs to Expandafy or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- Expandafy keeps ownership of its templates, workflows, automation frameworks and internal processes.
- Clients own their own business accounts, domains and the brand assets they provide, as detailed in the client agreement.
8. Acceptable use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Submit false information or someone else's contact details without permission.
- Use our forms to send spam, harmful code or unlawful content.
- Attempt to interfere with, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems.
9. Third-party services & links
Our website and services rely on third-party tools — for example booking, CRM, payment, hosting, analytics and advertising platforms — and may link to other websites, including client websites. We aren't responsible for third-party content, policies or availability, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expandafy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this website. For clients, liability is limited as set out in your signed agreement.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
